1 - Through the “MyFace Academy” electronic business platform, users will be able to purchase event tickets online.
2 - Tickets are made available exclusively via the electronic business platform.
3 - All online ticket prices already include 23% VAT.
4 - In case of errors due to duplicate transactions, order cancellation and full purchase refund upon customer request is guaranteed.
5 - The ticket(s) delivery is exclusively digital, with the ticket(s) being sent, prior to the start date of the event, to the provided email on the registration form.
1 - Ticket purchases may be made with the credit and debit cards. All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and we don't store any card details.
2 - In case of fraudulent card use, which may be reported to the proper authorities, Extracut, Unipessoal Lda reserves the right to cancel all transactions made with the means of payment in question.
1 - All sales outside of early-bird/pre-sale periods are final, and no exchanges or returns will be permitted. Inside early-bird/pre-sale periods, a full refund is available for cancellations.
2 - Situations of force majeure, where submitted and duly substantiated on a date prior to the event, will be considered on a case-by-case basis:
2.1) In case of cancellation, Extracut, Unipessoal Lda, commits to refunding sums paid for tickets, excluding any transaction processing fees. For payments made by card, refunds will be applied to the card to which payment was charged at the time of purchase. In other cases, refunds may be made via bank transfer.
2.2) If the conference is to be rescheduled, tickets shall remain valid for the new dates. Upon customer request, the amount paid for tickets will be refunded under the same terms stipulated in item 2.1.
2.3) If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether because of an error in prices as published on this website, or because of any improper information otherwise provided, if users wish to purchase a ticket before its sale or pre-sale date, or if they acquire a ticket that was not intended for sale, Extracut reserves the right to cancel such tickets (or the purchase of such tickets), and refund the amount paid. These measures will apply whether such improper sales were caused by human error or technical error in this website, or any other of Extracut operating systems.
