1. Service Provider Identification

• 1 - MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, a limited company registered in Portugal under the NIF 516773453, whose registered address is Avenida da Liberdade 240, 4º esquerdo, 1250-148 Lisboa, Portugal.

2. Scope

• 1 - Through the “MYFACE academy” electronic business platform, users will be able to purchase event tickets online.

  2 - Tickets are made available exclusively via the electronic business platform.

  3 - All online ticket prices already include 23% VAT.

  4 - In case of errors due to duplicate transactions, order cancellation and full purchase refund upon customer request is guaranteed.

  5 - The ticket(s) delivery is exclusively digital, with the ticket(s) being sent, prior to the start date of the event, to the provided email on the registration form.

3. Payment Methods

• 1 - Ticket purchases may be made with the credit and debit cards. All credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and we don't store any card details.

  2 - In case of fraudulent card use, which may be reported to the proper authorities, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda reserves the right to cancel all transactions made with the means of payment in question.

4. Course returns - cancellation and rescheduling of events

• 1 - Until 90 days before the course starting date, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, commits to refunding sums paid for tickets, excluding any transaction processing fees of 300€. For payments made by card, refunds will be applied to the card to which payment was charged at the time of purchase. In other cases, refunds may be made via bank transfer.

• 2 - Until 45 days before the course starting date, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, commits to refunding half of the sum paid for tickets, excluding any transaction processing fees of 300€. For payments made by card, refunds will be applied to the card to which payment was charged at the time of purchase. In other cases, refunds may be made via bank transfer.

  3 - Until 30 days before the course starting date, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, no exchanges or returns will be permitted.

  4 - Situations of force majeure, where submitted and duly substantiated on a date prior to the event, will be considered on a case-by-case basis:

  • 4.1) In case of cancellation, MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda, commits to refunding sums paid for tickets, excluding any transaction processing fees. For payments made by card, refunds will be applied to the card to which payment was charged at the time of purchase. In other cases, refunds may be made via bank transfer.

  • 4.2) If the conference is to be rescheduled, tickets shall remain valid for the new dates. Upon customer request, the amount paid for tickets will be refunded under the same terms stipulated in item 2.1.

  • 4.3) If the amount paid for a ticket is incorrect, whether because of an error in prices as published on this website, or because of any improper information otherwise provided, if users wish to purchase a ticket before its sale or pre-sale date, or if they acquire a ticket that was not intended for sale, Extracut reserves the right to cancel such tickets (or the purchase of such tickets), and refund the amount paid. These measures will apply whether such improper sales were caused by human error or technical error in this website, or any other of Extracut operating systems.

5. Membership returns - cancellation

• 1 - If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of making a return.
  You must request a return within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that you will be charged a cancellation fee (60€).

6. Change of ownership

• You have the right to ask for change of ownership until 60 days before the event starting date.

8. Modifications

• MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda reserves the right to modify the content of this website without prior notice, specifically regarding services, sales conditions, means of delivery, or payment, among others.

• MYFACE ANATOMY, Lda cannot guarantee that the operation of this website will be entirely free of errors and periods of unavailability. Extracut, Unipessoal Lda shall not be held responsible for any damages, regardless of their nature, which may arise from the use of this website.

• 1 - The best practices known will be used in view of ensuring the highest possible security standards.

  2 - It is safe to enter your credit card data to make purchases on the MYFACE academy website, where all the credit card transactions are handled by Stripe and we don't store any credit card details. Data is entered on a Secure Server (SSL) which encrypts, i.e., or changes into code, all confidential data relating to your personal and payment data.

  3 - SSL is supported by all recent versions of the Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
